€100,000 the first year, because that is the year I buy and build the machine and move your estate onto it. Paid at signature, then each year in advance. It does not rise because you stayed.
A committee that approves in stages can start with the inventory of your accounts and the move plan: the first €10,000 of the same €100,000, with 90 days to confirm the rest. The plan is yours either way.
No per-seat pricing. Adding your spouse, your assistant or your tenth employee costs nothing, because none of this is licensed per head.
Every figure here is before VAT, which is added where it applies.
What the number buys
Against a mailbox subscription this looks absurd, and it is. It is not a mailbox subscription, and it is not priced against anybody else’s list. This is what the money makes possible:
— One machine, one client
One physical machine, bought and run by me, dedicated to your estate and nobody else’s. No shared tenancy, no neighbours, nobody else’s load on it.
— Nobody else in the path
Your data stays on that machine. Where something outside genuinely has to be used, I tell you what it would reach before it is used, and where I draw the line.
— One person accountable
The person who builds it is the person who answers for it. I never look after more than twenty clients, so my hours are not spread thin.
— Room to do it properly
The right hardware, the tested restore, the spare part and the second line come out of this number, instead of becoming an argument at the moment they are needed.
— Nobody learns you are my client
No client list, no names, no logos and no case studies, and I confirm to nobody who my clients are. Outside the two of us, what exists of our arrangement is what invoicing and taxes require, and nothing else.
The number is not set against what anybody else charges. It is set so that none of the five above has to be compromised, and so that the client list stays short enough for me to answer every one of them myself.

Colocation in a certified datacentre, if your risk process needs one — offered at cost, on top.
A graphics card for Private AI
A dedicated graphics card (GPU), if you want the Private AI that is in the price running on the machine dedicated to you. Quoted separately, because the hardware is the cost. The private AI on a machine of its own, above, needs no quote: the machine is included in its figure.
If something goes wrong
If the move goes wrong
Your old account stays live and paid until you cancel it. If anything is wrong, I move your mail back to it the same hour. How the move runs.
If something breaks
A critical fault is acknowledged within four hours, any day of the year, and the work continues without interruption until it is fixed or no longer critical. The service levels.
If someone gets in who should not
You hear from me in writing within 24 hours of my becoming aware, and a written report follows within 15 working days: what happened, what was reachable, and what has changed so that it does not recur. The security page.
If I miss a service level
I tell you before you have to ask, and we agree what makes it right. If it keeps happening in the first year, you can leave without notice, and the months you paid for and did not get come back to you. The service levels.
If I can no longer do the work
Your backup key, read access to the offsite copy and the documentation are yours from the first day, so whoever you choose can rebuild your estate on another machine without me. If I stop.
If either of us ends it
Thirty days’ notice either way. You get the handover document, a walk-through for your next administrator and your data on drives you keep. If I end it, the months you paid for and did not get come back; if you choose to leave, the year already paid is not refunded. Each way it can end.
Who should not buy this
If you enjoy running it yourself, keep running it yourself — you already have the thing I am selling. If you have two mailboxes and no shared documents, a €6 provider is the correct answer and I will tell you so. This is worth the money when somebody being accountable for it is worth more to you than the licence saving.
