Your infrastructure.
Your data.
One contact.

Fully managed email, storage, passwords, and backups — running on dedicated hardware in my facility. No Google. No Microsoft. No weekend maintenance.

You already tried this

The box in the cupboard

You bought the hardware. It worked for a year. Then a disk filled, an update broke something, and nobody had a free weekend.

The consultant who left

Someone set it up and moved on. No documentation, no handover, and now nobody knows what runs where.

Back to Google anyway

The migration stalled half-finished, so the important things quietly went back to the accounts you wanted to leave.

None of that was a technology problem. It was nobody being accountable for it on a Tuesday afternoon.

One person owns it

I run your infrastructure the way a family office runs a portfolio: on your behalf, in your name, reporting to you.

Hardware I own, in my facility

Not a VPS reselling someone else's cloud. A physical machine, encrypted at rest, that I can walk up to.

A number, not a ticket queue

You reach me. There is no tier one, no chatbot, and nobody reading a script.

You can leave with everything

Standard formats, documented setup, and your data shipped to you on drives you keep. No lock-in worth the name.

What you get

Open-source software you could run yourself. I run it for you.

Email

Your own domain. Webmail, IMAP, spam filtering.

Storage

1TB synced to every device. More on request.

Passwords

Vaultwarden. Bitwarden apps work unchanged.

Calendar & contacts

CalDAV and CardDAV. Syncs everywhere.

Photos

Immich. Auto-upload, search, shared albums.

VPN

Your traffic, your exit. No logs to sell.

Single sign-on

One login for every service. Revoke it once.

Backups & monitoring

Nightly backups. A status page you can check.

On request, at no extra charge on the Business plan:

Documents

Paperless-ngx. Scan once, OCR, full-text search.

Bookkeeping

Firefly III. Accounts, budgets, reports.

Boards

Vikunja. Tasks and projects, no per-seat pricing.

Remote help

RustDesk. I fix it on your screen, with consent.

Media

Jellyfin. Your library, streamed to any device.

What it costs depends on what you want

Choose the services, see the domains each one needs, and the price with them.

Build your setup

Typically €100,000 in the first year and €50,000 a year after — hardware, migration and support included.

How it works

1

Discovery call

We figure out what you need. What services make sense, what you want to run, what matters most.

2

Proposal & hardware

I present the recommended configuration. If you're in, I prepare your dedicated hardware (included in the price).

3

Setup & documentation

I configure everything. Test it all. Prepare documentation and import guides for using each service.

4

Handover

You get guides for every service. How to use them, how to import your data. I'm here if something doesn't work or is confusing.

5

Ongoing support

From here on, I handle updates, backups, security, troubleshooting. You just use the services.

Transparency, not promises

Service documentation

You get guides for every service: how to use it, how to import data, how to set up apps on your devices. Everything you need to get started.

Your data leaves with you

If you end the contract, I ship you the SSDs with all your data. No export limitations, no hostage situations.

Dedicated hardware

You don't share resources with other clients. One physical machine, just for you, in my facility.

Limited capacity

I manage a small number of clients. This isn't a startup trying to scale infinitely. You're a client, not a metric.

Questions

What if something breaks?

Call or message me. Monitoring usually tells me before you notice. Response time depends on severity.

What if you're sick or away?

Support may be delayed. Monitoring and backups keep running, and the guides cover the basics.

Do you migrate my data from Google or iCloud?

I document the import for every service that supports one. You run the transfer at your own pace.

How much storage do I get?

1TB to start. More on request.

What happens if I leave?

I ship you the SSDs. Your files, as they are, on drives you own.

Do you provide training?

Guides for every service, not formal training. If something does not make sense, ask me.

Can you manage my domain?

Yes — move it to my registrar, or give me access to yours.

Why trust you over Google?

Don't trust, verify. You get documentation for what runs, where your data sits and how it is configured. With Google you get none of that, and you are the product.

Ready to take back control?

Book a discovery call. No commitment. Let's talk about what you need and whether I can help.

I personally respond within 24 business hours.

I also take on .NET and Blazor contract work — a decade across banking, insurance and HR. Ask me about it.
